Buffalo Burgers


1 Pound Ground Beef, Chicken, or Turkey
1 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup of Your Favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce
½ Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
12 oz. Bleu Cheese Crumbles
4 Potato Burger Buns
Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions for Toppings

Preheat grill or broiler to 400º.
Combine Meat, pepper, sauce, and bread crumbs being careful not to over-mix.
Form into 6-8 burger patties.
Cook beef to desired doneness: Well-done, Medium, Rare.
Cook chicken or turkey until fully cooked - about 35 minutes.
Turn burgers once to ensure even browning on both sides.
Top with bleu cheese while the burgers are still hot.
Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are nice compliments to your gourmet burgers.
Now that's a mighty tastey burger!
