Buffalo Shrimp

Ingredients:

16-20 Extra Large Peeled & Deveined Raw Shrimp (tails on)
Flour
Oil
Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce

Tools:

Fryer or Deep Pan
Mixing Bowl
Tongs

Cooking:

Preheat oil to 350º.
For best results, dredge shrimp 15-20 minutes before frying. The coating will stick better.
Dredge Shrimp in flour to coat.
Carefully place into the hot oil.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until Shrimp are done.
Drain.
Either toss in a bowl with your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce
or serve with the sauce on the side for dipping (the Curly Way).
A little celery and bleu cheese dressing on the side adds a nice touch.
