Healthy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

8 oz Chicken Breast cut in ½ inch cubes
½ cup water
1 cup Curly's Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce.

OPTIONAL:
1 Lemon ( Juiced )
1 tbsp Cilantro.

Tools:

Non-stick sauté pan
Measuring cup.

Procedure:

Poach the chicken in the water and when done drain.
Add the lemon, sauce and cilantro.
sauté through for a minute. Voilà! done.
Serve over rice, pasta or my favorite way, on a crusty roll with Bleu Cheese Dressing (see recipe in index.)
