Curlyfyed Veggies


1 pound Green Beans, Corn, Carrots, Asparagus or any of your favorite veggies.
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 TBS butter or margarine
1½ tsp Curlyfyed Calypso Spice (or more to taste)

Tools for stove top method:

Large Skillet or Sauté Pan
Cooking spoon

Tools for oven or grill method:

Sheet Pan

Stove top method best for fresh or quick coooking veggies:

Add oil and butter to skillet.
Saute Veggies for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Evenly sprinkle Curlyfyed Calypso Spice over veggies and saute for another 3 minutes.
The Calypso seasoning will mix with the broth to create a tasty veggie sauce.

Oven or grill method for a more intense concentrated flavor:
(Best for frozen veggies or root veggies like carrots and potatoes)

Coat veggies in oil.
Place on greased baking pan and sprinkle liberally with Curlyfyed Calypso seasoning.
Broil veggies on high for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Bake potatoes at 400º for 35-35 minutes.
