Bernie's Easy 1-2-3 Curlyfyed Oven Fried Chicken

Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce labels

Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken pieces
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce - Mild, Medium, or Hot.
1 cup seasoned flour or substitute 1 cup crumbled corn flakes to add extra crunch.
� stick butter

Tools:

Marinating bowl or bag
Baking Pan
Measuring cup

Marinating Prep:

Place Chicken in marinating bowl or bag.
Add the buttermilk to ensure the chicken is evenly covered.
Add Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce.
Mix or shake well and marinate in refrigerator for 2 hrs or overnight.

Cooking Prep:

Remove a piece of chicken and dredge in flour or corn flake crumbs.
Place on greased baking pan leaving a little space around each piece to ensure even browning.
Repeat for each of the remaining chicken pieces.
Bake at 375� for 1 hour.
Tossed salad with ranch dressing makes a delicious complimentary side dish.

Barbeque Rub label

Ingredients:

Curlyfyed Creations BBQ Spice Rub
Chicken or Pork

Tools:

Use your hands to Rub in the flavor.

Come-back-for-Seconds Flavor Infusion:

Rub into your choice of meat 20 minutes prior to cooking.
Grill, Bake, Broil or Smoke.
Serve with your Favorite BBQ Sauce.
A Curly favorite: Rub into Pork Ribs, throw them on a Smoker at 220�
1� hrs for Baby Backs
2� hrs for regular Pork ribs
An additional hour might be necessary to ensure tender fall off the bone ribs.
Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Want more fall-off-the-bone flavor? You can "finish" the ribs on the grill.
("Finish"means they got enough smoke.)
Putting them on the Grill helps to get them nice and tender.

Chicken, Fish, or Pork

Use your hands to Rub in the flavor

Bold Taste, Quick and Simple

Rub or Sprinkle on Chicken, Fish or Pork.
Bake, Broil, Fry, Grill, or Smoke until done:
Chicken 165�, Pork 150� and Fish should be firm & flaky.

Another Curly Favorite: Take chicken wings rub them, then fry at 350� for 10 minutes
or until internal temp is at least 165�.
Let sit for about 15 minutes then enjoy.

Serve with Bleu Cheese and Celery.

Curly Style Chicken Salad

Calypso Rub label

Ingredients:

1 pound Cooked Chicken - chilled and pulled
� cup real mayonaise
� cup chopped celery
1 tsp Curlyfyed Creations Calypso Spice Rub Seasoning
1 tsp Chopped onion or scallion

Tools:

Mixing bowl
Measuring spoons

Get it all together:

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Serve on your favorite bread or on top of your favorite lettuce.
For a refreshing summery citrus twist, substitute the mayonaise
with � cup olive oil and 3 TBS of fresh lime juice.

Curlyfyed Chili

Barbeque Rub label

Ingredients:

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 medium onion - diced
28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
� cup Curlyfyed Creations BBQ Rub
1 Tbs Garlic Powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
1 oz dark chocolate (optional) YUMMY ALERT!
14-16 oz canned kidney beans with juice (optional)
For a spicier version, add 1 diced Jalape�o

Tools:

2 quart deep pan or pot w/lid
cooking spoon
strainer

Put it together:

Add beef to pan or pot and cook until lightly brown over med heat.
Pour beef in strainer to drain excess fat.
Saute the diced onion, garlic, and BBQ rub in the same pan until onion is tender.
Add the ground beef back into the pan.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with crackers, rolls, or Curly's favorite: Corn Bread.
Garnish with a spoonful of Curly's Fire Alarm sauce.
Sprinkle with Chopped fresh Cilantro for an extra flavor burst!

Curlyfyed Sloppy Joes

Barbeque Rub label

Ingredients:

2 pounds Ground Beef
1 small sweet onion - diced
28 oz can diced tomatoes with juice
2 cups ketchup
� cup Curlyfyed Creations BBQ Rub
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
12 Hamburger style buns or rolls

Tools:

Large Skillet
Cooking spoon
Strainer

Do it up!

Add beef to skillet and cook, crumble, until lightly brown over med. heat.
Pour beef in strainer to drain excess fat.
Saute the diced onion in the same pan.
Add the ground beef back into the pan.
Add the ketchup, spices, and tomatoes w/juice.
over and simmer for 17-20 minutes.
Serve on buns with your favorite side.
You may never buy another packet of sloppy Joe mix again!

Curlyfyed Taco Dip

Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce labels

Ingredients:

Curlyfyed Buffalo Cheese Dip
8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
� Head Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
2 oz Sliced Black Olives
2 oz Sour Cream for garnish
1 Tbs Taco seasoning
1 tsp chopped Cilantro

Tools:

Large Serving Platter

Put it together

Add Taco Seasoning to the Curlyfyed Buffalo Dip and then spread evenly around serving platter.
Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese evenly over the top of the dip.
Spread Lettuce evenly on top of the cheese.
Distribute diced tomatoes evenly on top of the Lettuce.
Sprinkle Olives decoratively on the top.
Place Sour Cream on the top in the center.
Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the whole thing.
Serve with crispy Tortilla Chips or with Soft Tortillas.
Salsa and Cerveza optional!

Curlyfyed Veggies

Calypso Rub label

Ingredients:

1 pound Green Beans, Corn, Carrots, Asparagus or any of your favorite veggies.
1 TBS Olive Oil
1 TBS butter or margarine
1� tsp Curlyfyed Calypso Spice (or more to taste)

Tools for stove top method:

Large Skillet or Saut� Pan
Cooking spoon

Tools for oven or grill method:

Sheet Pan
Tongs

Stove top method best for fresh or quick coooking veggies:

Add oil and butter to skillet.
Saute Veggies for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Evenly sprinkle Curlyfyed Calypso Spice over veggies and saute for another 3 minutes.
The Calypso seasoning will mix with the broth to create a tasty veggie sauce.

Oven or grill method for a more intense concentrated flavor:
(Best for frozen veggies or root veggies like carrots and potatoes)

Coat veggies in oil.
Place on greased baking pan and sprinkle liberally with Curlyfyed Calypso seasoning.
Broil veggies on high for about 10 minutes or until tender.
Bake potatoes at 400� for 35-35 minutes.
Wow! A simple and delicious way to get your daily vegetables.

Basic Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:

Disjointed Chicken wings(2 sections)
Oil
Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce

Tools:

Fryer or Deep Pan
Thermometer
Mixing Bowl
Tongs

Cook 'em!

Preheat oil to 350�.
Carefully place 10-12 chicken wings in the hot oil.
Cook for 12-14 minutes depending on desired crispiness or until internal temperature reaches above 165�.
Drain, then toss in a bowl with your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce and Enjoy!
A little celery and bleu cheese dressing on the side adds a nice touch.

Buffalo Burgers

Ingredients:

1 Pound Ground Beef, Chicken, or Turkey
1 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup of Your Favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce
� Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
12 oz. Bleu Cheese Crumbles
4 Potato Burger Buns
Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions for Toppings

Tools:

Mixing Bowl
Spatula

Cooking:

Preheat grill or broiler to 400�.
Combine Meat, pepper, sauce, and bread crumbs being careful not to over-mix.
Form into 6-8 burger patties.
Cook beef to desired doneness: Well-done, Medium, Rare.
Cook chicken or turkey until fully cooked - about 35 minutes.
Turn burgers once to ensure even browning on both sides.
Top with bleu cheese while the burgers are still hot.
Lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are nice compliments to your gourmet burgers.
Now that's a mighty tastey burger!

Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground chicken or turkey
1 cup Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce
8 oz bleu cheese crumbles
4 oz bread crumbs
� tsp. garlic powder
1 egg (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Tools:

Mixing Bowl
Plastic wrap or waxed paper
Sheet or meatloaf pan

Baking:

Preheat oven to 350�.
Mix ground chicken/turkey with the egg, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper,
and � cup of your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce.
Spread mixture flat on a piece of plastic wrap.
Sprinkle the bleu cheese crumbles on the center area of the meat.
Roll it up into a loaf - removing the plastic/paper as you roll.
Be sure to seal the ends.
Put on a sheet or meatloaf pan and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
check the internal temperature to make sure it is 165� or higher.
Spread the rest of the sauce over the top and bake for an additional 15 mins.
Remove from oven and let cool for 20 mins.
Slice, Serve, Savor!

Buffalo Shrimp

Ingredients:

16-20 Extra Large Peeled & Deveined Raw Shrimp (tails on)
Flour
Oil
Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce

Tools:

Fryer or Deep Pan
Mixing Bowl
Tongs

Cooking:

Preheat oil to 350�.
For best results, dredge shrimp 15-20 minutes before frying. The coating will stick better.
Dredge Shrimp in flour to coat.
Carefully place into the hot oil.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until Shrimp are done.
Drain.
Either toss in a bowl with your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce
or serve with the sauce on the side for dipping (the Curly Way).
A little celery and bleu cheese dressing on the side adds a nice touch.

1 pound softened cream cheese
3 Tbs sour cream
� Cup Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce of your choice.

Hand mixer
Mixing Bowl

Combine Ingredients

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix on High Speed for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
Curly's favorites are: Pretzels, Tortilla Chips, Bread, and even Celery and Carrot Sticks.

Ingredients:

One pound leftover/precooked turkey or chicken, coarsely diced.
8oz Softened cream cheese
4oz Sour Cream
4oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4oz Fresh Bleu Cheese
1 Cup Curly's Just a Bit of Heat! (medium) Wing Sauce.
(add � more for extra spicy flavor)
2 Loaves French or Italian Bread

Tools:

Large Mixing Bowl
9x13 casserole dish

Here's an easy and fun recipe to make those turkey leftovers seem like a gourmet premier.

Preheat oven to 325�.
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve with sliced bread and let your guests spoon as they go.
(No double dipping, please!)

Curly's Favorite Wing Recipe (Makes up to 48 wings.)

Curlyfyed Creations Medium Wing Sauce label

Ingredients:

Disjointed Chicken wings(2 sections)
4 oz butter
One 17 oz bottle of Curlyfyed Creations Just a Bit of Heat! (Medium) Wing Sauce
Italian or French Bread

Tools:

Dutch oven with lid
Frying Pan

Bake 'em:

Preheat oven to 300�.
Lightly brown your chicken wings in a pan.
Place the browned Chicken wings into the dutch oven.
Add the butter and 1 full bottle of Curlyfyed Creations Just a Bit of Heat! (Medium) Wing Sauce.
Mix well.
Place lid on the Dutch oven then bake in preheated oven for 1� hours.
Take out and remove lid.
Let sit for 20 minutes then Enjoy!
Use the bread for dipping. Yummy!

Easy Grilled Buffalo Chicken (or Beef, Pork, Fish, Turkey)

Your favorite grilling meat
Your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce

Tools:

Thermometer
Basting Bowl and Brush
Tongs

Grilling:

Preheat Grill to 500�.
Grill meat until done.
Chicken: 165�, Turkey: 170�, Pork: 150�,
Fish: until flaky, Beef: 130�-155� (depending on desired doneness.)
When cooked, baste with Curlyfyed Creations Mild & Tasty (recommended) or your favorite Curlyfyed Creations sauce.
Grill an additional 60 seconds on each side.
1 minute on each side is all it takes to balance the flavors of the meat and sauce.
Avoid overcooking as the flavor will dimish the longer you grill the meat.
That's it! It's that simple.
No salt, no pepper or any additional spices needed. Trust me, this is outrageous!

Sis's Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

4 cups vegetable (or chicken) broth
1 Cup Green Lentils
2 cloves of fresh garlic, mashed
3-4 whole green onions, sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 medium size carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 medium potato, cubed
3 Tbs of your favorite Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce
� cup chopped fresh parsley for optional garnish.

Tools:

4 quart Soup Pot with Lid
Measuring Cup

Is it soup yet?

Begin with adding broth to the pot and setting heat to medium.
Add lentils, garlic, dried seasonings, carrots, celery, and potato.
Add the white parts of the green onion, reserving the green tops for later.
Simmer on low for approximately 45 minutes or until lentils are fully cooked.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Curlyfyed Creations Wing Sauce.
Garnish with reserved green onions and parsley.
Savor the Flavor!

Buffalo Garlic Shrimp or Chicken

Buffalo Garlic label

Ingredients:

1 Pound Shrimp P/D (Peeled & Deveined) Or
1 Pound Chicken Breast cut into � in. pieces or raw Unbreaded Chicken Tenders.
1 tbsp Cilantro
1 Lemon (juiced, but save peel.)
1 Cup Curlys Buffalo Garlic Sauce

Tools:

Non-stick saut� pan
Measuring spoons
Measuring cup.

Put it together:

Mix all of the ingredients, even the lemon halves, in a non-stick saut� pan.
Saut� until the shrimp or chicken pieces are cooked.
(This takes about 8 mins for shrimp. Check for doneness if using chicken).
Serve over rice, pasta or just the way they are with an ice-cold beverage. Mmmm good!

Healthy Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

8 oz Chicken Breast cut in � inch cubes
� cup water
1 cup Curly's Buffalo Garlic Wing Sauce.

OPTIONAL:
1 Lemon ( Juiced )
1 tbsp Cilantro.

Tools:

Non-stick saut� pan
Measuring cup.

Procedure:

Poach the chicken in the water and when done drain.
Add the lemon, sauce and cilantro
saut� through for a minute. Voil�! done.
Serve over rice, pasta or my favorite way, on a crusty roll with Bleu Cheese Dressing.
